CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

You must read and agree to these policies prior to registering your child for participation in the University of Oregon Volleyball Camp for 2025. All confirmed registrants are assumed to have read these policies, and by registering, agree to abide by and follow these policies.

  • There will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after June 25, for any reason whatsoever, including early departure from camp.
  • For June Camps
    • There will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after May 25th, for any reason whatsoever, including early departure from camp.
    • If you cancel May 10 or before, we will refund your payment less a $50 fee. Between May 11 and May 25, the cancellation fee will be $75. After May 25 there are NO REFUNDS.
  • Camps happening after June 2025
    • If you cancel June 10 or before, we will refund your payment less a $50 fee. Between June 11 and June 25, the cancellation fee will be $75. After June 25 there are NO REFUNDS.
  • Spots in camp will not be "held" or "saved". The way to ensure a place in camp is to complete the online registration and pay the appropriate fees.
  • If camp is cancelled due to COVID, you will be refunded in full.
