GENERAL INFORMATION / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Meals: Meals for Day Campers and Overnight Campers will be provided in an on-campus dining facility near the Arena.

Meals for Day Campers: Those attending our camps as Day Campers will be provided meals when the sessions you attend cross over a meal period. For instance, if you are attending a morning and afternoon session as part of your camp, we will provide lunch. If you attend a lunch and evening session, we will provide dinner.

Meals for Overnight (Dorm) Campers: For those attending as Overnight Campers and are staying in the dorms – you will be provided meals as part as your room and board package. Our chaperones will take you to the dining facility as a group and then to the Arena for camp.

Camp Gear: All campers should bring appropriate training gear (shoes, shorts, socks, kneepads, extra t-shirts, water bottle, etc.). Extra spending money for snacks, Duck store items, etc. may be helpful.

Insurance: All campers must carry their own insurance. Oregon Volleyball Camps DO NOT require campers to submit a Medical/Physical form to participate in our camps. Oregon Volleyball Camp DOES require each camper to provide Insurance information and report any recent/current injuries, diagnosis or medications/prescriptions to Athletic Trainers at check-in. It is recommended you have a current physical to make sure you are in good physical condition and no injuries or ailments exist prior to camp.

Confirmation Letter With Camp Check-In Information: Each camper will be sent a confirmation letter via e-mail after the completed camp application, parental consent form, and payment is received. A parent e-mail address is preferred. This letter will contain all necessary camp check-in information and camp time format.  If you do not have access to e-mail, please specify on application and a hard copy of the confirmation letter will be sent to your home address indicated in the camp application.
